Works on most people, though Mike Becker still owes me money..... for the last 10 years I have dumped hundreds of critters I needed to relocate on his property......Whoops got side tracked..... You can find him on Facebook, he rents apartments near the airport and in Kirkwood..... I wonder if he is behind on his water bill.......

In case you stumbled in reading that, 100 million dollars in water bills are owed to St. Louis. For 100 million I would Water-Board people.....
Have you driven in St. Louis recently? On any given day you can see license plates that are years over due.... (which is amazing because my son got a ticket in August for plates that were 2 months over due - WTH) My guess, is he didn't appear threatening,...... But if you drive down any city street you will see temporary tags that expired 3 to 5 years ago...... Which use to shock me, but that is nothing compared to 100 million dollars in back water bills.
St. Louis what are thinking? Shut the water off, condemn the buildings and list them for sale...... This is what happens when you put Liberals in charge. A few years ago they stopped charging over due library fines...... They said giving tickets for speeding or no licenses was racist..... and now we see water is the latest victim of non-payment.....
