Back stabbin' Bitches

Story time: ......the older I get, the more it seems you cannot trust anyone..... Is that true, hmm...... well no, I mean we all have our ride or dies that we trust our with our lives. But for every good one, the world has produced a thousand "bitches.".......

It's funny when people talk about others playing "high school" games. I guess they are trying to pretend the "mean girl" actions of others is something we out grew when that first gray hair grew in..... The truth is those "Bitches" have always been Bitches, and probably always will be, uh, Bitches.

I remember the first Bitch I encountered in the real world, he was a deputy sheriff. All the other deputies turned on him, ......he won in court, so hmm.... maybe he wasn't the bitch after all.... That's a lot to unwrap when you have to evaluate your own actions.

Some events from the past are hard for me to evaluate..... How I saw something in my early twenties is not always in focus with eyes nearly 60 years old..... If I am totally honest (sometimes I am, .....others - not so much) and review the past with mature eyes, there have been times when I was a little bitch....

When was the last time you got stabbed in the back? Are you willing to admit to the act........ If you know me you know I coach.... over the last 4 decades I have coached baseball, football, basketball, volleyball, softball, wrestling and liars. My favorite might be liars....prepping people for court.

I know a coach, he thinks he is well respected.....trust me he is not. His players mock him, other coaches openly make fun of him to his players and past players say how much his lack of ability hurt their experience....

This joke of a coach has won a lot of games.... could he have won more, well sure, just ask any of the folks that talk behind his back..... Have I ever said anything bad about him..... well, probably I mean he's a joke!

Does the school administration question is abilities.....well I have heard them, so yes. Do his assistant coaches think they are smarter and could go further without him...... You bet they do, if you get them alone they say the head coach holds them back.....

So if the administration and asst coaches trash talk the head coach behind his back what do they say to him........ They talk about how much they respect what he has done with the program..... WTF. That's why we call it "Back Stabbing"......it doesn't happen head on......
